Part Time Temporary Administrative AssistantA reputed MBA School needs an administrative assistant to aid with half day spot interviews for prospective MBA students as per the following details : Dates : Friday 30th November 2018 and Saturday 1st December 2018. Timings : 9 am to 2 pm Location : 5 star hotel, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East in Mumbai. Requirements 1. The assistant is required to ensure the interviewees are there on time and verify the identities of the interviewees. Will need to co-ordinate with the candidates by telephone & email. 2. Formal attire. 3. English speaking, aged preferably between 18 - 25. 4. Have a phone & battery powered laptop with Microsoft Office Word, Excel applications. 5. Other related tasks / responsibilities & instructions to be specified at the venue on the actual day. Telephone costs will be reimbursed on actuals. Person will need to make own arrangement for meals / transport on the interview dates. Payment : Attractive Stipend. Will not be a constraint for the right candidate profile. Will be paid immediately after completion. Certificate : Experience Certificate will be provided along with a recommendation letter for the right candidate.
