Handling such a critical assignment for a period of more than 36 months for prestigious multinational customers would give proof of our commitment to quality personalized services. and processes ( manual & automated), IT infrastructure, identification of process constraints, re-engineering opportunities, desired process solutions and internal and external project start-up activities required at customer and Kaytek locations. Pilot Project Execution - which will comprise of operationalizing the migrated processes, executing of the process operations for a sample time period to stabilize the process. Monthly Recurring Activities which will include collection of data from the customers and providing reports and outputs as per their internal and statutory requirements e.g. Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Fringe Benefit Tax, ESIC, EWLF, Income Tax Forms, etc. |
Quarterly and Half-Yearly Recurring Activities which will include statutory & regulatory requirements as mentioned above and other internal & external reporting requirements. Adhoc Activities as per requirements of the customers - Employee Movements, Payroll changes, Statutory or Regulatory Changes, New Reporting, Process, System Enhancements, etc. Periodic Systems Review & Processes Audit as per Kaytek Standards & customer requirements. For each of the above , Kaytek has detailed activity sheets, internal process templates that would be customised for the customers depending on the exact nature of the process and requirements. Commercials - Kaytek provides flexibility in commercial billing ranging from Overall Fixed Amount per company per month in slabs (based on number of employees) or per employee per month billing plans. Exact nature of commercial charges would be quoted after Kaytek has received a detailed business requirements document from the customer which highlights the existing customer process details as well as expected detailed Service Level Parameters.
