Your accounting experience is a great asset, as also your legal background. If you can pursue a career as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in India or a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in the US, it could even help you better in your SAP career. You still have atleast 25 years of your working life ahead of you. Getting a CA qualification from ICAI or a CPA Qualification from AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) will be worth it as a good foundation for SAP. Also, in SAP, you will have to work equally hard, if not harder as your CA / CPA preparation and studies. |
