This will save our customers co-ordination costs & hassles. ![]() Why should somebody choose me instead of my competitor who could offer a cheaper / better / faster offering ? Many times the competitors will be 'Unknown Unknowns'. How do we deal with such invisible competitors ? Are we prepared mentally and technologically to work with our competitors in a collaborative mode ? So that our customers get the benefit of this co-opetition ( Competition + Co-operation) Approach ? |
